About These Terms

These Terms govern your use of Instant Quote (“the App”), provided by the developer identified in its Wix App Market listing (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If using it for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business.

The Service

Instant Quote helps website owners configure service pricing, display estimates, collect quote requests, and review lead activity.

Estimates depend on the owner’s settings and visitors’ entries. An estimate or request does not by itself confirm a booking, payment, availability, or binding service agreement. Website owners must confirm final prices, taxes, scope, and service conditions with their customers.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your prices, content, settings, customer communications, and services. Test your configuration before use and after changes. Protect your account and manage staff access appropriately.

Do not use the App for unlawful activity, misleading offers, spam, unauthorized data collection, or interference with the App or other users.

Privacy and Customer Data

Personal information is handled as described in the Instant Quote Privacy Policy. You must provide appropriate notices to visitors and have a lawful basis for collecting and using their information, including consent where required.

Do not request passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information through quote fields. You retain ownership of your content and authorize its processing as necessary to provide and support the App, consistent with the Privacy Policy.

Plans and Payments

Features, limits, prices, billing periods, and trial conditions are those shown for your selected plan at purchase.

Subscriptions purchased through Wix are managed through Wix. You may turn off automatic renewal through your Wix account. Paid access normally continues until the current paid period ends. Refunds are subject to the applicable purchase terms, Wix policies, and mandatory legal rights.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, connectivity, and third-party dependencies may affect availability. The App does not guarantee leads, bookings, sales, or revenue.

We may update the App for security, compatibility, or functionality, subject to applicable law and Wix requirements.

Ownership

The App’s software, branding, and original materials belong to their respective owners. You receive permission to use the App under your selected plan and these Terms, not ownership of the software.

Ending Use

You may stop using the App at any time. Manage paid subscription cancellation separately through Wix and retain needed business records before uninstalling.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, serious violations of these Terms, or security risks. Where practical and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Data handling after removal follows the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Liability and Your Rights

You are responsible for your business decisions and customer agreements. We remain responsible for providing the App in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information you supply, misuse, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Wix Services

Instant Quote is a third-party app. Wix and other providers operate under their own terms. These Terms do not replace your agreements with them.

Changes and Contact

We may revise these Terms and update the date above. Material changes will receive appropriate notice, with consent obtained where legally required. Changes will not retrospectively remove acquired rights.
